Terry McGann: What a real culinary and practical learning experience over 6 fun-filled hours. Chef techniques and skills fully explained, all this interspersed with Walter's good sense of humour. Plenty of transferable chef tips and tricks to use on other dishes. A very hands on experience with over 10 recipes resulting in a delicious table of food all served up with linen tablecloths and a good selection of wines. Thanks Walter for a great day and such a memorable experience. Looking forward to some fun and flavours in the kitchen.

Generous refreshments are served and then attendees are gently and in a thoroughly relaxing way, taken on a culinary adventure of: an entre, salad & classic red or green curry.Throughout it all Dylan attentively makes sure we are all across the assembly and cooking steps. I thoroughly recommend this for all, from new to seasoned cooking enthusiasts!!

Not only is she very knowledgeable but also very patient and extremely kind in sharing all her little secrets in perfecting the 2 different types of fillo. I walked away feeling empowered and very satisfied that I can do it on my own. We ate everything we made, there is nothing like home made spanakopita from scratch. She also made us Dako and Galatopita with herbal mountain tea for lunch. It felt like i was back in Crete with the hospitality, I didn't want to leave! She even gave us a goodie bag!! So looking forward to doing more classes with her in the future!!!

Not only is she informative, she is very patient, very knowledgeable and most of all, her passion and love for food oozes when she teaches you online or in her home. Highly recommend anyone looking for traditional Greek cooking classes not only to learn, however to have some fun and most of all to meet others who also enjoy the flavours of Greece. I have done 10 classes and learnt so much, my favourite is Portokalopita, Cretan Bougatsa, Tiropita and the Greek Koulouri you find in the streets of Athens.

Listen to all Tony’s advice and you’ll have a wonderful party experience that is super low maintenance for parents and carers.Our daughter celebrated her 6th birthday making milkshakes, cupcakes and pizza with her friends - Tony turned up the music and played dancing games whilst the food was baking.In the foyer, Tony provided platters of food for all the adults. We brought along some wine, beer and soft drinks and we could watch all the fun in the kitchen through the large theatre style window.Tony thank you for making this experience so special. We are so glad we celebrated with The Tiny Chef!
