Charla Smith: What an amazing experience we had this morning on our Global Ballooning flight with pilot Kiff at the helm. I loved every minute of it and highly recommend it to visitors and locals too. I did the “over Melbourne” trip and just loved seeing Melbourne from a completely different way. Afterwards we took up the added option of a buffet breakfast at @the Pullman Hotel which was our meeting point which was a great way to complete the whole experience. My iPhone captured Melbourne beautifully.

Christine Huang: Amazing!! All the service staff and pilots were very kind and enthusiastic. Safety was given priority during the entire trip, which made us have a very unforgettable journey. I was very lucky. I saw the sea of clouds and the sunrise. The hot air balloon was equipped with a GoPro, which was able to take pictures of everyone on the hot air balloon. After landing, the pilot immediately airdropped the photos and videos to everyone, so that we could share the day with our friends instantly. The joy and beauty, highly recommended! ! !

Hayley Lawson: After much anticipation & anxiety, we completed our balloon flight on Saturday 27th April. Despite feeling nervous about the flight beforehand, we loved every minute of the experience. From the initial pick up, to the final landing, the process was seamless. All Staff were confident in their roles, communicated clearly and ensured every step of the morning was completed meticulously. Captain Eddy was knowledgeable, re-assuring and engaging - as too was his co-worker Belinda. We loved our flight and couldn't praise the team more highly.

A G: Great experience. Team is quite experienced, worked well together, very informative of local conditions and with a great sense of humour - the pilot Steve kept the banter going on in the basket all along. They were also very helpful throughout and you can tell they really love their job. Nick and Steve arranged crutches for my wife at 11th hour who badly sprained her ankle a day before and helped her at every step. I was in doubt if she will even be able to join but she could enjoy the experience wholeheartedly. It is expensive but worth every penny, especially if you want to share/celebrate any special occasion.
