It was easy to setup but the only issue I had with this unit was that the version of Windows 10 Pro was old and updates would not install. I always recommend doing a complete re-install of Windows with the latest version as it saves a lot of hassles afterwards.

I am now left with a laptop that cannot do half of what I wanted it to do.I emailed the consultant asking if he had any recommendations ie settings etc I can change to help improve the situation but received no reply. Then I asked if I could swap it for another one or get a refund and have been informed I have to get a letter from the laptop maker etc etc etc which seems like a way to throw customers off.Quite disappointing as I bought a $1000 laptop in 2014 that was able to meet my requirements easily but this laptop at the same price mark in 2020 cannot.I feel like the laptop was on sale as Landmark computers wanted to get rid of their final units and was recommended this to help them clear their final units despite not being able to meet my requirements.I will be returning to the store expecting a full refund.Update: Have received a full refund.

When I showed up to LMC, I showed Simon my issue and he quickly gave me the most reasonable quote out of all the places I checked previously, even detailing why the cost was what it was.
