Candina Crowden: I ordered a 10x6 cattle trailer and was regularly kept up to date with when it was going to be ready etc, and they were always happy and quick to take my calls!I live in tas so they organised for it to come over on the boat. Which once it was ready got sent over the next day!!! A few dust caps came off the wheels whilst they were taking it to the boat and they posted me some replacements with extra to spare!Had an issue with one of the bearings and the axle and they sent new parts and are reimbursing the cost of getting someone to replace it. So in love with the trailer itself as I used it for the first time today!!! Lightweight, easy to tow, and my cow loved it! Super easy to clean aswell!10/10 service, and would recommend to anyone if you’re interested in getting a stock trailer! Would happily buy from them again.

Mark Hennessy: I recently had a issue with a jockey wheel on my 3.5 tonne tipper trailer. I emailed Rupert about the problem and he rang me the next business day. He gave me some great advice and sent me not only a new replacement jockey wheel, but an upgraded model as well. Very nice to see great customer service is alive and well. What an awesome company.
