The bike was not worth repairing, but had plenty of decent parts that can be reused, so these guys happily took it off my hands, and I even managed to pick up a decent mountain bike for 50 bucks! Super friendly stuff and a great cause, will most definitely be returning here for any bike repairs or my next bike!

Two other stores refused to help me because my bike is quite strange and not so well built, but they made their biggest effort to help me and they solved the issue. Not only was I blown away by the quality of the work, the customer service was unbelievable.Nick was fantastic in providing me with all of the information I needed over the phone prior to my purchase.At pick up, I was given a tour of their workshop and the guys out the back helped me load up and secure my bikes. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely looking to help.As a gym owner, this was by far and away the best service, start to finish, that I have experienced with an equipment company.
