P T: A good team.I needed to buy some needles for a project. Only a few dollars and I am not very experienced so needed some advice.I restore motorcycles and cars so this is not a core skill.I was surprised at the effort the team went to, they made sure all my questions got answered and then some !!Question about the machine I was using, Questions about the needle and thread combination, questions about the materials I was using. Etc etc.This is why I walk into somewhere vs buying online and the prices are also comparable to online.
Karin Otto: I purchased a Razor Nero electric hand held cutter from Elizabeth Machines Melbourne, and had an issue with the thead of one of the screws holding the cover over the blade. After a quick call to Chris I was advised to drop in so they could take a look at it. 30 mins later I was on-site with their technician, Nathan, working his magic to fix it. This fairly minor issue with a 5mm screw would have had serious implications for my work schedule - but thanks to the team @ Elizabeth Sewing Machines I was in and out in a flash and could get back to work straight away. So thankful to the technical team and admin staff for resolving this quickly and efficiently!

A non: My mum’s industrial Juki sewing machine was in need of a service and required a repair. It was super easy making an appointment with Linh using the google chat option. He came out today and gave me a quote on the spot and great advice on how to take care of the machine, what accessories should be used and a good price on replacement parts/supplies. The service/repair took approx 1.5 hours.I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs their machine serviced. Thank you Linh!
Later Situations (Later Situations): .Now my machine works like a dream; the tension is perfect and Humpty Dumpty egg smashing self sabotage I regrettably engaged in is reversed and I am back to small tasks within my limited technical comprehension such as brining in trousers and patching holes.Thank you Linh and Michelle for saving my machine and thank you for doing it for such a reasonable price :

He not only fixed it, the timing, the pedal and all that had gone wrong but he also took the time to explain how to oil, how to change the button hole and also on how to change the needle. Lihn is friendly and took a genuine interest in me and I am so grateful for his excellent service.

Jaimini Norath: I bought a plain stitch Juki from them just a few days ago. I have to to say you get what you pay for. So much to choose from in terms of machines and they are refurbished well. All of the extras they throw in to make the machine up to spec and well maintained are well worth it. Bernie was very helpful and knowledgable. The delivery was also so helpful, they told me he wouldn't be able to help me get it into my apartment but when he arrived he insisted that he would help carry it up 2 flights of stairs. Also made sure the machine was in working order before he left. The driver told me he was 70+ years old. Waaay too kind of him to go out of his way like that. Can't recommend enough.
Quee Yien Tan: They took only 2 days to get my two sewing machines working again. At other places I would have had to wait 3 weeks. They are the experts. My only disappointment is that they can't replace the lightbulb as it is out of stock in Australia at the moment.

Model which is premodern where you use you feet to run. We hope that this company can fix......they assured us they can.
