pencey prep: An interesting place to say the least is this veritable hoarders paradise. Stuff piled up on stuff with very narrow little rabbit runs snaking thought it all. Slim people would have more chance of successfully negotiating through the labyrinth. The owner eyed me warily when I first entered and muttered something under her breath about people looking and not buying which she repeated to a hapless man who dared to ask whether he could see something which was obscured from view by a multitude of other things piled on top of it. As i worked my way around the dimly lit interior I did see many things of interest but they were either inaccessible or in danger of creating a landslide of stuff if they were moved. On the way out I spied a lonely single Doc Marten boot so I inquired of the owner if it might possibly have a mate. This seemed to spark some interest and resulted in a long anecdote about a former employee from 15 years ago who the owner regretted leaving and she wished she would come back and help her sort things out. Also that she thought there were about 1000 other shoes out the back if she only had time to go and sort them out. I would say that the place is definitely worth a visit as you might even find Jimmy Hoffa or Boo Radley here if you look hard enough.
