Faye Romas: I received wonderful customer service from Georgia and Abby from the Fountain Gate store when I wanted to exchange an online order. They were so friendly and helpful. I found a pair that suited me and ended up buying a few more pairs. I love the variety of styles from Famous Footwear because they are comfortable and affordable.
Tash Stevens: Saba and Abby from the fg store were amazing today. It was so busy, and they both still offered me help and made sure I found the perfect cowgirl boots. I was so happy and loved the customer service from both of the girls, they were so helpful!

February: Nice store! The pricing on their shoes is pretty good. They’ve got such a wide range it’s pretty cool. Seems to be mostly high heels and stuff from what I can remember, so it’d be helpful if you have some kind of event like a wedding or a formal coming up soon.

I’ve never had a bad experience …..The staff are always so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist…..In addition to the service, Famous shoes is my favourite brand of shoes not only comfort wise but also style wise and value for money ! I would definitely recommend shopping here !!

They helped us find shoes that matched our dress, they were very polite and friendly. Price is also very reasonable with huge and nice variety of footwear.
