Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery by Sofitel: what do users think?

Brooke Burgess: Stayed for one week.Menu was fantastic- delicious foodBeautiful rooms and love the tea and coffee machineComfy beds and quiet roomsExcellent friendly and professional staff

Annie Kelly: My daughter and I just finished our stay and loved it. Rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the in room food service was second to none. Only complaint were the entitled visitors during breakfast, who were either rude, impatient or snooty. Additionally trying to get hold of reception or concierge from the room, needs major improvement. One more thing for visitors, do not leave your smelly nappy in the KFC bag for staff to empty. Do it yourself, it stunk up the hallway on level nine.

ML Soong: The rooms were great and beautifully designed. Location was great as it is next to the Chadstone Shopping mall and have a great steakhouse next to it. the only negative point is sometimes the master light turn off after some time and it happened in the middle of my shower which freaked me out. Otherwise, great stay, good breakfast spread, nice heated pool at top level with a view.

Serene Chia: My son and I enjoyed our stay very much other than the fact that it was a public holiday so the pool was quite busy. The pool also wasn't manned and there were no towels available.Rooms: Rooms were a charm. Take note only the deluxe suite and one bedrooms have bath tubs.Nearby activities: Chadstone shopping centre has everything.Food & drinks: Check out the hotel restaurants or go to the social quarter at the shopping centre.

Caterina Kasiaras: Our experience was ok, disappointed at pool food service.Saturday we ordered 3 bowls of chips, 2 pizza and various drinks. Waited 1 hour and 25 minutes. Three calls to service. In arrival our chips were cold but asked for one bowl to be left behind as 4 little kids were hungry and returned the other 2.We still got charged for the one left behind. Wait time was disappointing.Rooms: Great rooms, spacious and cleanNearby activities: Lego land, Chadstone shopping, and much more.Walkability: Walk to shops in Chadstone or others around the area

Attie Botha: Room lights are overly complicated and the sensors turn the lights on in the room waking everyone up when going to the bathroom. Then you struggle to understand how to turn lights off. We also had a gift delivered to the room that never turned up. We ordered food from the pool area that never turned up, in the end ordered it from the room. I still have my deposit not refunded. Good potential but way too many misses.Nearby activities: Chadstone shopping centre.Walkability: Chadstone

Next Hotel Melbourne: what do users think?

Rami Baron: This is a superb location and excellent rooms . I even was impressed with the fact that they had a Dyson blow dryer which my wife would love. Service food even tech with a upto date QR code for fast departure . I love the micro coffee shop downstairs . It have a very New York vibe . Location near everything , it will be my go to hotel in Melbourne from now on . My complementsRooms: Great bed great showerWalkability: Everything nearbye

Jessica McInerney: I recently stayed at the Next Hotel Melbourne, Curio Collection by Hilton, and was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredible—so welcoming and always on hand to help with anything. The hotel itself is gorgeous, modern, dark, moody and super clean. The rooms very well appointed and beautifully fitted out. They even come with cool perks like a Dyson hair dryer, high-quality glassware, big comfy bed and a pillow menu. I even got to pick my room key color, which was a fun little bonus.Breakfast every morning was a treat with loads of yummy options. I absolutely loved the goodbye posy card they left by my door on checkout day. It had a QR code to quickly settle my bill and let me leave my key in the room—so convenient.I'm already looking forward to my next stay at the Next Hotel Melbourne. If you’re seeking a hotel that offers both modern luxury and a personal touch, this is the place to be.

Minji Hur: Love this place! Wonderful staff and facilities.I've been there twice now and will definitely go back again.Rooms: Very comfortable overall.Walkability: Easy walking distance to trams and everywhere in CBD

Vanessa K: I booked a 3 nights stay at this hotel for a solo me time trip, the main selling point for me was the sound proofing.Next Hotel Melbourne is a newish hotel in the Melbourne CBD. The hotel is a great location for convenient access to the trams, with a few minutes walk through Southern Cross Lane to access the 86 and 96 route trams. During the weekday Southern Cross Lane has a nice range of food and cafe options. The hotel is almost right next door to the Stamford Hotel. The hotel has beautiful appointed rooms, with very comfortable beds, there's the option to choose your own type of pillow and the rooms have ambient lighting. There are tea bags and coffee capsules available for use. The hotel also provides robes, however if you require slippers, you need to call reception. The bathrooms are quite roomy with the option of the hand held shower or the rain shower, both had good water pressure. The bathroom also has full size bottles of nice toiletries to use. The most impressive thing about the bathroom would be the Dyson hairdryer, this was a very nice addition to the room. The view from my room was nothing spectacular, I had to close one blind on the window for the entirety of my trip because the window is facing an office.I requested a quiet room when I checked into the hotel, so the reception staff member assigned me a corner room. I was disappointed to discover on the weekend that the room in fact had no sound proofing because I could hear loud music from the nightclub and the noise continued for a long time. I was later advised by another reception staff member that the corner rooms are the rooms that cop most of noise and I should ask for a quiet room that's in the middle, however another staff member stated that those rooms would also be noisy from the foot traffic. I do think most hotels I've stayed at in Melbourne have the same issue with noise.Overall I would stay here again, because the positive aspects outweigh the negatives, however I would not stay in a corner room.Shoutout to the concierge Andrew who was so helpful, friendly and courteous throughout my stay.

Kerry Pronk: Great hotel in convenient location. Great amenities. They offer the option of not getting your room serviced in exchange for $20 credit which is a fantastic ideaRooms: Comfortable rooms, generous size, big well appointed bathrooms

Sarfaraj Shahjahan: Very nice.Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Great value …

Marty Thomas: It is always a delight when expectations are exceeded in a hotel stay. We recently discovered, or should I say, uncovered a real gem in the heart of Melbourne.I'm a stylist, and my personal style is far from minimal. I'm all about vintage, history, legacy and an abundance of detail, and rich layers of colour in terms of the 'vibe'.Accordingly, I look for boutique properties that offer quiet luxury with great style. Next Hotel Melbourne is one such hotel. Interiors are elegant and spacious. Splashes of jewel colours are a touch of brilliance and are tastefully and thoughtfully detailed. There is a real sense of understated quality throughout the hotel. We didn't dine in during our very brief stay. However, we did stop by the gorgeous lounge bar 'La Madonna' where cocktails are skilfully prepared by the congenial staff. I chose a glass of Ayala champagne. It is an excellent bar with a pleasant city outlook.A curated goumet breakfast can be enjoyed in the comfort of the executive lounge. My breakfast included all the good things and a full range of hot drinks are offered. Use of the lounge is included with a stay in an executive room, and then it's possible to indulge in refreshments during the day or hold a casual meeting there. The daily happy hour sounded fun!The curated mini bars are far from ordinary... just how I like things. I've never seen Louis Roederer Champagne in a hotel mini bar along with other great options, including prebatched artisan Negronis. The beds are supremely comfortable, and I loved the bathroom, which was spacious, well designed, and featured Hunter Lab products in abundance! Lovely staff, and excellent service, from the concierge at ground level, to the 2nd floor reception foyer crew made for a truly memorable stay, and of course you are right in the heart of Melbourne's fashion and design district on Little Collins st.I'm looking forward to our 'NEXT' stay!Walkability: Location, location, location! The heart of Old Melbourne. Great for boutique shopping, dining and walking!Food & drinks: Top notch! The Madonna Bar is very elegant with excellent service.

Marianna Mullarkey: Great location in the centre of Melbourne. Club room an excellent feature. Staff are friendly. Facilities are good. Fridge in room is good.Rooms: Executive Club rooms are excellent. Hairdryers actually work. It's a masculine hotel that could do with a small bin in the loo. Maybe a mid towel for drying long hair.

Glynis Stringer: .And breakfast should finish at 10am on weekdays, we are not all on business and like to sleep in.Club room was well set up with a coffee machine and real tea and teapot. Will be back. Thank you.

Reza Honarvar: Great place to stay in the heart of the cityLocation: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …

Robert Jones: , and nice funky touches throughout the hotel’s design. But what made it all the best was the team and their attention to the reason for our stay

Ang McManamon: -Breakfast is up there with the best W buffets

Turner Vink: Very modern and stylish hotel. Everything felt high quality and well thought out, the pool area was especially wonderful with a lovely bar. Service was fantastic, especially in Lollo, one of the restaurants, where we had the chef’s tasting menu and were treated to some fantastic dishes and great advice on a wine pairing. Location was close to Flinders Street Station and multiple tram stops which made it easy to get to our planned activities.

Jane Donnellan: was a very nice touch! We stayed in one of the "Fantastic Suites" which was very spacious and modern.Ordered lobster rolls from room service which was delicious and only took about 20 minutes. We went elsewhere for dinner but then ended up back at the hotel to check out "Curious" which is a bar located on the ground floor. Margaritas are a must!We didn't get a chance to use the pool the next day as we were a little hungover but we did check it out and it looks great with a bar on site which you can also order food from. We'll definitely be back!

The Langham, Melbourne: what do users think?

Tony Leo: Lovely hotel at a great spot, right beside the river and the view is wonderful! We got the CBD river and train station view. Room is very quiet and the opulence decor gives us a glimpse into 1930s American feel. Not to say the hotel is old, but it had its own charm. Everything is grand and the staffs are lovely. Connected to the mall beside on the promenade level.I also want to commend the staffs for helping me change the dates of accommodation with a 3rd party booking site before we arrived! Thank you, The Langham!!

Jarrad Hines: Our stay at The Langham Melbourne during the Australian Open in January was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Maheesha and the entire team. The attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Maheesha went above and beyond to make our experience truly unforgettable. These unexpected touches added an extra layer of luxury to our stay and left a lasting impression. The Langham Melbourne prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, and it certainly shows. Every interaction with the staff was marked by genuine care and a commitment to excellence.

Simon Peterson: . Our daughter unfortunately became ill with croup at 11pm that evening and had to go to hospital in the ambulance. The staff were so amazing and helpful. We could not express how caring and kind they were to our daughter and us. Thank you so much and we will be back soon! World Class venue.

Michel Desjardins: . It's a 4-stars at best.

Mem A. T: Totally awesome, one of the best Hotels in the best locations of MelbourneNearby activities: Perfectly located near cafés, restaurants, NGV, galleries, entertainment and fantastic viewsWalkability: Walk or scooter around townFood & drinks: Amazing food, nothing but the highest quality with local and international flavours

John Juleff: A 5 star Hotel with an impeccable look and reputation. The rooms, sadly, although clean, are dated and showed the constant use of wear n tear on carpets, chipped tiles and stains in the bathroom. The Aria Lounge we ordered a drink and waited 10 minutes seeing the drinks on the bar. The waitress ignored use as she was making coffee instead, so much for table service got them myself. The Melba Breakfast is amazing, and the multitudes of choices are for everyones pallet. Mini bar is expensive, the bed was comfortable but lumpy, valet parking $80, or book ahead the southgate under hotel carpark $35 for 24hrs.Our experience was a treat for us, as being close to our planned activities, however, we won't be rushing back to stay there. sorry Langham only ok for usRooms: Dated for being 5 star opulentNearby activities: southgate shops and restaurantsWalkability: easy walking to southgateFood & drinks: ok but expensive

Prakash Sharma: We had a wonderful staycation at the Langham! Highlights included having a room upgrade, affording us a stunning view of the city skyline overlooking the Yarra, the amazing breakfast at Melba, Valet parking and just general excellent service from all staff including one of the easiest check outs experienced. We would definitely like to return!

Deniz: We had a nice stay at the hotel overall. We booked with AMEX, so had the third night free, and got a nice view room as well. The hotel is dated, bet it looked great 20 years ago. The biggest problem was the queue in the breakfast. We’ve waited over 20 minutes for the breakfast, and the staff joked about why we set our alarm same as other guests. It was quite unprofessional and you’d expect better service from a five star hotel.

Bronwyn Haitana: The Langham Melbourne on the Yarra River epitomizes luxury and serenity in an excellent location. Situated by the beautiful Yarra River, with stunning views of Flinders Train Station and the bustling city, the hotel's 19th-floor room offers a picturesque setting for a memorable stay.As a Brilliant Langham member, I am delighted by the exceptional service and exclusive perks that elevate my experience. The personalized attention and special privileges truly make me feel valued and appreciated. My visit to Chuan Spa was a highlight, as the massage melted away all my stress, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The seamless blend of comfort, elegance, and impeccable service at The Langham Melbourne is truly commendable. For a tranquil escape in the heart of Melbourne, The Langham Melbourne is a top choice for a luxurious retreat. From the vibrant city views to the pampering at the spa, every moment here is tailored to perfection for a Brilliant Langham member like myself.

Meredith Begg: Wonderful place to stay - excellent service, excellent facilities, suite was superb and food was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Quincy Hotel Melbourne: what do users think?

Alison Whitehead: The staff really seem to care about the guest experiences, they were very helpful, upbeat, obliging and just seem to like their job. The rooms were very comfortable, quite modern, very clean, the beds were great. The only let down was the dining experience which seems quite amateurish, the food and choices were fine but the service was terrible. Very very slowRooms: Very clean, modern and comfortableNearby activities: close to aquarium and casinoSafety: quiet and the reception was open till late which surprised meWalkability: close to aquarium and casinoFood & drinks: slow service in barNoteworthy details: overall very very good

adrian dawson: Good experience..Staff were pretty helpfull.Walkability: Close to shopping

Kathy Pensa: Two nights stay.Staff very friendly and generous.Got a drink voucher from Sean and a bottle of wine from Shalan..Has a cocktail on the rooftop bar the first night....Accommodation included breakfast. Bloody greatJust had a few bites from Salted Egg restaurant before heading to airport. Asian fusion. Excellent food

Kenneth Trass: This is short and sweet, from the knowledgeable pre arrival text and email, to the attentive concierge. The clean, modern room, the ample and flavorful breakfast and easy positioning of the hotel to the Railway Station, Trams and Yarra side pubs...this place is exceptional. I travel a lot...and this is one of the best places I've stayed at. I will return! 10/10.Small suggestion, pre 3pm check in would be of benefit.Rooms: Felt larger than it was...funky colours, modern fixtures, super clean.Walkability: Great view of the Yarra from L22.

A Fry: My flight was cancelled and I had no hesitation turning around and rebooking at this hotel.Staff were excellent. Very helpful.Rooms: The rooms are clean, well priced and great value. Theg have TVs with chromecast, and a selection of new movies. Depending on the rooms, great views of Melbourne.Walkability: Convenient - close to southern Cross station and free tram stops.

Yen Yen: Very worth choosing in Mel. Rooms are clean and spacious. The receptionist was so friendly, especially the Vietnamese boyfriend - he was great. Here you can walk to many beautiful places such as parks, Yarra River, museums, casinos, markets... Breakfast is also delicious and thoughtful. There are no negative points with such a reasonable price.

Kate Stewart: Wow, what an awesome hotel and experience, with a fun playful character and such amazing value. The location is top notch and from the moment we stepped in we were greeted with amazing hospitality and were blown away by the amenities and services. The sky high pool was epic and we enjoyed a delicious Asian fusion breakfast at Salted Egg. We loved all the little touches too eg the funky textured wall art, Kevin Murphy products and complimentary $10 mini bar credit. This is going to be our go to hotel for visiting Melbourne from now on!

Yan On The Road: The location is good, you can walk to the city's attractions, and you can also walk to the NGV within half an hour. It's quiet yet quiet, and there's a convenience store opposite. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the TV has a large selection of free movies, but there is no free drinking water in the room. The decoration of the hotel is a bit playful and feels energetic. The biggest disadvantage is that the elevators are very slow. Even though the hotel has three elevators, they will stop on each floor during certain periods.Overall, good value for money.

Matthew H: Look I was in two minds about this one - I didn’t leave thinking "Wow I’ll be back" but the more I thought about each element the more in the end I think there was enough to push me to a 5 star….There were a couple of moments where one or two of the staff proved completely incompetent - however the great staff members really were great - which kinda made up for it....The pool is lame by "Nice hotel standards", quite small... but not a deal breaker...The houser club was a little bit of a let down not being open much and having limited capacity to give you stuff like sparkling water!!!However in general I would have to say our stay was characterised by generosity - I thought the price for what you got and little add ons that weren’t advertised had a feel of generosity to it...The salted egg put on a very decent breakfast and while lobby etc was small it was all modern and niceOn a good day this place is a 5 star at worst it should be a 4 - A solid place that I think is quite good value for what you pay

Beth Aitman: I had an absolutely beautiful stay at Zagame's House in April. I don't usually leave reviews but thought I would because it was so lovely! The room was comfortable and beautifully designed throughout, the staff were extremely friendly and recommended some great restaurants that I tried, and it's nicely placed for both the CBD and Carlton. The Hotel Windsor: what do users think?

delta wine: High Tea very nice cakes similar to La GateauTeas on offer excellentSafety: In a safe area of Melbourne however as Melbourne is a large Metropolitan city not all areas are completely safe

şahin furuncuoglu: A beautiful historical luxury hotel. Opened in 1884, the Windsor is notable for being Melbourne's only surviving purpose-built Victorian hotel.

John ADAMS: We just spent five nights at the Windsor in Melbourne and loved the old world charm of the place. It was my wife’s birthday and we were surprised to find sparkling wine and a birthday card in our room when we arrived. I loved the architecture, decor and history of the place. The dinning room for breakfast each morning was special with silver service and a great selection from the menu. We did the high tea and it was something very special to help celebrate my wife’s birthday week. The staff at the restaurant were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect with all the restaurants in the area as well as the theatre. We travel to Melbourne every year for the Anzac Day football and it was so easy being able to walk the short distance to the MCG. The only thing that I could say if I had any criticism is I don’t like the shower over the bath and the bathroom in our room is in need of a make over with the basin cracked and toilet seat loose. I guess it’s got to be expected being that it’s a heritage list building but some things could do with a bit of a tidy up to keep it in pristine condition. I would definitely consider staying at the Windsor when we visit Melbourne in the future.

nobu k: Breakfast was very good. The building is old, but it has a nice atmosphere.Rooms: Although it's old, it might be good for people who like rooms and furniture with this kind of design.Food & drinks: Breakfast is the best.

Carly S: and I have bad knees and feet so not the best when the kitchen and living/entertaining area was downstairs. A little noisy as traffic was parking behind our room well into the night for the sporting facilities. Oh and a word of warning - Do NOT get the breakfast. We had a bag of groceries thrown at us, no spread for the bread, just butter. a giant box of kornflakes. We chuckled because the bag of random items we were given for 2 people was not a continental breakfast and should not be offered as such.

black rose: Great place relaxing and good rooms

TINASHE RUSERE: Appartment 25 stayed from 21/7 to 23/7First of all a big thank you to the team at quest for providing such a beautiful location and accomodation , I wanted to really emphasise how clean this place was honestly they put a lot of bigger hotels to shame , this was clinically clean everything was on point from the folded toilet paper to the way the carpet was professionally clean , who ever cleaned this place takes pride in their work and it shows , Thank you to the lovely lady at reception for being so polite and adding that extra special feeling to our holiday . Once again thank you to the entire quest team especially the cleaners you represent your company well .

Ralph: Essential institution in Middle Park. Great food, somewhat pricey. Great sitting outside late afternoon. But now they are planning to install an outdoors music venue on the roof top. Against a lot of community protest. If they succeed, the'll loose all the locals and their good will. But so it goes.

Nicholas Stanton-Cook: one of the best short stay rooms I have tried.Nearby activities: A lot of restaurants cafes and shops within walking distance and tram right across the street is super convenientWalkability: Can walk almost anywhere and 3 second walk to trams means traveling is easyFood & drinks: Cocktails were great.Noteworthy details: Tram station located straight across the street with trams to Southern Cross was awesome. Facilities in the venue were really great.

Sage Hotel Melbourne Ringwood: what do users think?

BraydonDorothy Aguinaldo: . We can't describe how much we loved our time at Sage Hotel, and it's all thanks to the fantastic staff that we had the honour of meeting! We had booked our hotel room a week before the wedding, with Sophia at the reception - she was absolutely lovely from the get-go! She helped us reserve their Executive King room, and congratulated us for our upcoming wedding! We were thrilled when we saw her again at the lobby during our stay at Sage~ she warmly greeted us and checked in to make sure we were well-looked after. She's so gorgeous and made our stay memorable 3Unfortunately we can't recall the lovely man who checked us in at the hotel, but they were so welcoming and kindly assisted us with parking and navigating to our reserved room! We really appreciated them that evening, esp as it was already past midnight and we were tired from our wedding celebrations

Kevin Cook: I get the accessable rooms when I stay here with clients as the bathroom is perfect very large and the bars are both left or right , you just need to ask, the rooms are spacious and the staff are very accommodating with a 2pm cancellation. They have a couple of conference rooms and a big shared office space and a nice bar for drinks if the mood suits.Being located at Eastland shopping center is handy as well. The only drawback is no toaster in room. The Restaurant is quite good with nice food no vegan options though sadly. I the price per night is good value and I highly recommend Sage as a place to stay . Kevin KncassistRooms: The disability access rooms are very good with the only issue being the room door doesn't have a way to hold it open so assistance is required as it can not be opened from a wheelchair unfortunately. You can get a roller bed if one room is wanted or they have an adjoining room if required.Regards Kevin Kncassist

Andrew Pope: Easy and convenient hotel to stay at. Great for shopping and food nearby in the shopping centre. Highly recommend the hotel.Food & drinks: Close the Ringwood shopping centre
