The staff we dealt with especially Huy were so very friendly and had amazing customer service skills and James was also fantastic and very helpful booking us in for an extra night last minute on a busy Saturday. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a hotel for a very long time. The hotel is well located to all shopping areas in the cbd and Chinatown and other amazing restaurants. Very convenient with parking attached to the hotel which is hard to find these days. This will be my go to hotel in Melbourne from now on.

Port Melbourne is a nice suburb and lots of cafes and places to dine. The exchange pub round corner served brilliant food and the craft beer was great. great place for working professionals to use or tourists... we were both.. Gym was good too.... Kitchen was fantastic well equipped and super clean.
