Dukes Coffee Roasters: what do users think?

Peter: I had high hopes for the coffee at Dukes, but I must say I was left unimpressed. It's not the worst coffee I've had in this city, but if it's considered the best, then Melbourne's coffee scene has let me down.

Stephani Joy Macalino: Their flat white is hands down life-changing. The coffee had a hint of chocolate and just enough nuttiness without taking away the actual taste of coffee. Best coffee I had in Melbourne. My 5-star review is for the coffee alone coz that one is just amazing. Their croissants though - leaves more to be desired. Might be better heated but I would only go here for the coffee and not the breads~

Complete Hospitality Training: what do users think?

Olivia: Enjoyed the course and class was fun to learn! Recommend!

T Phillips: Sam is friendly, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the experience fun and informative and very enjoyable!

Camilo Godoy: Very good institution, highly recommended for all people who want to have previous experience and greater knowledge in the bartending profession. I recommend that Spanish-speaking students have a good level of English to get the most out of the course, although the teachers make an effort for making you understand the greatest amount of information, a very excellent experience and highly recommended.

Reuben Ted Arquizo: It's very satisfactory.

Traveller Coffee: what do users think?

J N: Recommended dishes Flat White Latte Cap Etc

Alex Friedberg: Unassuming alley coffee shop serving some delicious top notch coffee. I had an iced latte for $6.00 and it blew pretty much any latte I've had so far out of the water.Absolutely worth a visit, highly recommend.

Cat: Very cute barista called Haylee

becky chen: Good coffeeAtmosphere: 4/5 …

Glara Yi: Nice coffee joint in a quiet lane

Glen Thompson: Great little coffee shop tucked away in a quiet laneway surrounded by tiny boutique shops. It's so close to Bourke St that you'll be amazed you've never seen it before. Very popular in the mornings, you'll wait outside after ordering and the baristas will bring your order out to you personally. Very friendly cool place. Haven't tried the food because I'm usually visiting between breakfast and lunch but everything looks decent. Consistently excellent coffee regardless of which barista is working on the day.

Francesca B: Nice spot for lunch. I had the chilli scramble on gluten free bread - it was really tasty, but I would’ve preferred to have more than one slice of bread. Coffee here is top-notch! Great atmosphere - lots of people here on a regular weekday.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options

Sensory Lab: what do users think?

Anderson Ku: Great flat white.

Cindy C Rahardjo: I am so happy there is a bonafide coffee shop inside David Jones. First, it is indoor, which I am fond of. Second, there is a seating area and not only for take away.As we all know, Sensory Lab coffee is wrll known, and the coffee tasted beautifully. The effect of my skinny latte on my brain and body was just perfectly right. It didn't make me awake till that late, but was helpful to make me stay alert throughout the day.

Christophe Demouche: Great little hidden gem Sensory Lab! I was passing by and decided to stop of a quick coffee and continue with my shopping, what a beautiful little spot! The coffee and the Service were great.Thank you Sensory Lab - you made my day!

Joseph Murillo: Nice coffee.

Angelica Schuyler: Nice atmosphere with great coffee and food!

The Espresso School: what do users think?

Scott Dowling: David was very informative and patient, the coarse was perfect for my wife and I as we are starting a new adventure selling coffee at a market. There are many intricacies in the coffee making science and David is educated and passionate about delivering the message.

Hennah Ku: Passionate, professional teacher. Enough time to practice and cheerful atmosphere!

Mark Boon: Great classes for improving your barista skills!

Sue: I had a ball at the Espresso Basics class. David's love of all things coffee was obvious and infectious. I would recommend this class to anyone who just wants to enjoy learning how to make a great coffee and equally to anyone who would would appreciate a more scientific approach...... David caters to both. I am looking forward to heading back for the latte art course sometime soon.

Holly Abson: I completed Level 1 & 2 earlier this week and what a fantastic short course it was! From having very little knowledge to walking out the door being able to successfully pour an aesthetically pleasing and tasty coffee! Thanks to David for sharing his knowledge and really helping each person in the class. Honestly an amazing course with 1 on 1, hands on teaching.

Jack Slattery: Great class, had a good time learning latte art fundamentals, saw a huge change in the quality of my coffee! Would recommend!

Stefani Tan: . We were able to ask all kind of questions. David was also very accommodating to fill in the gap

Tu Tran: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI took level 1 - 3. Everything is well presented and well explained. David is very supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend.

Kate Gluning: Had an amazing morning completing the Level 1 Espresso Basics course with David. It was so thorough and hands on and David was patient and explained everything in a professional and easy to understand manner. My daughter and I came home and practiced and are hard pressed to find a coffee at a cafe that is better than ours. We are unfortunately in lockdown for 14 days, BUT the one thing we know we will be drinking beautifully made coffee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Malik Aganovic: Such an amazing and fun learning environment, would highly recommend!

Michelle Chan: I did a latte art class with my colleague and David was so patient during the teaching process. He encourages the mistakes, and explains what happened, followed by how to do it differently - which has progressed my pouring technique quickly. He also gave me lots of tips on the purchase of machines and coffees if you ask! Would recommend!

E L: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueA fantastic course that taught me more than I expected. David is a great trainer. Highly recommended for anyone interested in coffee making. Looking forward to have the Latte Art Class soon.

Serendib Hair And Beauty: Highly recommended

Axil Coffee Roasters Flinders Lane: what do users think?

Caleb Holloway: Love the jaffles.

Thomas P: I’m not a fan of coffee. So my usual drink of choice in the mornings is a nice hot chocolate to help warm me up while sitting in the cold side of the office. The hot chocolate at Axil Coffee Roasters across the road is just a delightful treat.Just a short walk away, very easy to get to. But it’s not just about the hot choccy itself, it’s about the journey and friends made along the way. The anticipation builds with each step, gentle conversations flowing, and when we finally arrive, the sweet smell of Axil fills the air, inviting us all to indulge to our cravings. The hot chocolate at the end for me is the perfect cherry on top of a beautiful walking experience shared with friends, where I can let go and completely forget that I’ve just missed a 9am meeting. So if you don't drink coffee, try the hot choccy at Axil. It’s warm, friendly and ready to take care of you in the morning. It’s a sweet reminder that everything’s going to be okay.

Ryan W: Coffee pops off here. First time here and good level of service and coffee quality. Very friendly.

Josh Sammut: Best coffee still going strong since I started going around a decade ago.

Lachlan Ball: Delicious and reasonably priced

Alen Pelin: Best coffee in Melbourne

Higher Ground: what do users think?

Jane: I had the ricotta hotcakes.Hotcake is pretty thick, huge and heavy on the palate if you are having one pancake to yourself.Ricotta tastes pretty mild and light on the palate! This pairs really well with the maple-syrup-drenched-pancake!Cafe is huge and pretty aesthetic but it always has long queue, and I’ll need to make a reservation in advance in order to avoid waiting for a table!

Hasan Raza: Quite possibly the best cup of coffee I have ever had. Beautifully roasted without any hint of bitterness, full bodied and aromatic. It may have ruined other coffee for me forever, as I will use it as a bar to measure other coffees by. The food too was exquisite, and all in a beatiful tall ceiling building, formerly a power station, that created a particularly welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.I had the chili scrambled eggs, which were delicious, filling, and very appropriately spiced.
