WHAT OUR TAILORED CROSSFIT BASICS PROGRAM LOOKS LIKE FOR THE FIRST 4 WEEKS

Meet with our professional coaches and get familiar with the basic foundation movements used in our CrossFit classes. You start your CrossFit journey with 3 x One-On-One sessions with one of our qualified coaches in a safe and friendly environment.

Complete 3 x One-On-One Basics sessions with one of our Coaches. You will get to experience what our CrossFit classes are like in a safe environment with professional guidance from your coach before you start attending classes.

Once you have completed your 3 CrossFit basics sessions with a coach you are ready to spend the rest of the month attending Unlimited CrossFit sessions. Take in the community and see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people.

We have been creating Strength, Conditioning and Community for over 10 years.

Get strong, go fast, and get mobile! You’ll cover all bases in our group training sessions, and get functionally fit in an energetic and uplifting environment.

Get a tailored training experience and work out on your time. You’ll be 1to1 with a coach to work towards your goals, whether they be fat loss, muscle gain or performance.

Choose from group or individual plans to complement your training, and supercharge your way to fat loss, muscle gain, and wellbeing.

On any given day we will ask our members to dig-deeper; to extract more out of themselves. Results only come to those who leave their comfort zone.

Our training is not reserved only for highly conditioned individuals; quite the opposite.

You don’t have to be fit to start; we demonstrate this during our introduction sessions which are fun, and great value.

All our workouts can be modified so every single person can do a version of that workout. This is true whether the person is a highly tuned athlete or someone out of condition.

It’s true whether the person is right as rain or dealing with significant injuries.

My injuries still play up occasionally, however at CrossFit Blackburn the coaches are extremely helpful in ensuring I am able to work just as hard as anyone else without aggravating my shoulder or knee. I don’t feel pressure or judgment to try and do what others are doing, thanks to the supportive and positive culture. It’s clear that the coaches are passionate about helping others, and take into account everyone’s individual needs.

Checked out CrossFit Blackburn a few weeks ago for a friends and family day and it was a total blast!

From the physical space and equipment to the friendly coaches and members - you can tell there is a solid local following for a reason. They made what would normally seem like a hard workout a whole lotta fun!

Would 100% recommend to anyone who lives in the area who loves throwing around a few weights and having fun doing it!

I have been a member for 7 years and there is nowhere else I would train. The gym, the equipment, and the coaches/management all provide the best fitness experience. The community is the icing on the cake and I have made many lasting friendships over the years. Here’s to many more.
