Kon Tringas has more than 20 years experience in the legal profession, including several years at the Victorian Bar as a Barrister and a long-standing involvement with Community Legal Centres, both as an employee and as a volunteer. He has operated his current practise as a Private Lawyer & Solicitor since 2005.

Kon Tringas is fluent in both written and spoken German. He was born and spent the first 15 years of his life growing up and being educated in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. Since coming to Australia, he has continued his interest in German society and culture by studying German philosophy, literature and history as part of his university studies. He has returned to Germany several times for extensive visits since migrating to Australia.
