The value for money ratio is really good. The location is close to Sealife and the Casino and also a tram stop directly outside that you can take anywhere.

Rooms were super clean. Had washer/dryer and full kitchen. Location was very close to crown plaza and sea life, the mall was about 1 kilometre away easy walk.

The location of our spacious apartments cannot be beaten. We are smack bang in the middle of ‘what’s happening’ in Melbourne’s CBD. Crown Casino, shopping, entertainment, restaurants and the exhibition center are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Our property is across the road from Sea Life Melbourne which is perfect for families. Close by is also Crown Casino which often have various local events. Otherwise, a short 10-min walk will take you to Federation Square or to Melbourne's must-do Queen Victoria Markets. However, if walking isn't for you, there is tram stop just outside our main building on Flinders Street which is part of the Melbourne's free tram zone that will take you there.

Excellent Service and Amenities, I stayed in a 3 bedroom unit with my husband and parents Feb 29 - Mar 3, 2019. We had just disembarked from a cruise ship, and Carol in the office was very accommodating. She helped us store (a great deal of) luggage in the office and arranged to have our suite ready early. The suite was comfortable, bright and clean, with great views of the Yarra River and the surrounding vibrant activity. My parents enjoyed watching the rowing teams train on the river. Shopping and restaurants were just steps away. The lap pool and fitness facilities were well kept and convenient to use. On departure, Carol arranged a maxi cab for us and Georgia in the office really saved us.
