I prefer fights that matter, are fun, and improve my skills. Incidental fights just carry too much risk. Even if you win the fight, there a billions of phones around and someone will capture the fight and you are out there as a violent person. Even if the police absolve you of any wrong doing, the investigation will take its toll on you. Then you may also be sued for damages, even if the police did not charge you. Why go through all that hassle? So, what is Shaolin Kung Fu good for if not fighting?

Unlike most movies about the subject, Shaolin 5 Animal Kung Fu is about not fighting. It is about being confident enough to stand your ground, not flinch when attacked, and deal with the situation, without a fight. Ever hear the quote, "If you know kung fu, you will not need it?"
