Most clients require 2-4 sessions, with 7-14 days between to allow for your scalp to fully heal. Each session will be anywhere from 1 to 3 hours in duration. A consultation at Precision Scalp can be either face-to-face, via a video call, or if you prefer send us a photo of your scalp. We will discuss your concerns and expectations, answer all of your questions regarding the SMP treatment. Once discussed we can then draw, measure and explain the process and set an individual treatment plan for your SMP. Most clients require 3-4 sessions, with at least a week between to allow for their scalp to fully heal. Each session will be anywhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on the area. After each session the pigments will be up to 50% darker than the shade they will settle to. So please do not be alarmed if they are darker than expected. They will lighten once healed. Please also be aware that the scalp will be red for 24-48 hours after treatment and may still be sensitive for a few days also Pre Treatment will be given as well as Aftercare SMP is a gradual build-up of layering, density, definition, shading and blending over 3-4 treatment sessions, . This technique builds a natural look that has a 3D realism layered result.

This Precision Scalp session allows us to start the layering effect by implanting micro dots into the scalp, spacing the microdots accordingly leaving enough room for the 2nd and 3rd sessions. The first session will look like a light shadow over your scalp once healed.

We assess the result from your previous session. We then blend the pigment and cover the whole area again by tattooing another layer of micro dots in between the healed dots. We also darken or lighten the new dots to give the look of realism. At the end of this session, you will notice that the coverage has doubled from the 1st session and you will be able to see the transformation beginning!

This session will give you the appearance of a fuller head of hair, a new hairline and a new level of confidence. We will assess, adjust and finish the last layer, focusing on refining, defining and blending everything perfectly. Ensuring it looks as natural as possible.
