I train with Beni weekly, he is holistic in his training plans and always takes into account what I want to work on and my goals. Beni puts a focus on goals outside of the gym including daily step counts, healthy and realistic food related goals, water intake, sleep and lots of other factors. The facilities in the gym are great, with parking nearly always available. I have trained with other trainers in others gyms before, but I have never managed to be consistent and see results as I always felt intimidated and quit shortly after joining. I have been a member with BBPT for over a year now and hope to make further progress in the next year. Beni and his team have created a community and a very welcoming environment in the gym. You are always greeted with a smile, a fist pump or a high five by the team. This is one of many reasons why I have kept coming back.

At the beginning Beni and the team take the time to talk through where you're coming from to make sure it's a good fit for you, and then set up a personalised programme. My trainer Duncan is super friendly, always knows what to say to be encouraging and keep me on track, and taking the time to explain what's behind all the exercises. Ian Chen: I have been training with Bryan for the past 9 months and I can see significant improvements. My goal was to safely and correctly build better body shape with professional instructions and Bryan has successfully helped me achieveing my goal. Before each session Bryan would asked me if there's any particular parts that I'd like to train on and will come up with exercises that fit my needs. There're also fun challenges to compete with other students that you can potentially win a prize with.We have recently done an assessment for push ups, squats etc and I almost doubled my results from the beginning of my training. I was a totally beginner back then, I‘d say if it's not here I won't be in any other gym so consistently.BRYAN IS THE LEGEND, the best coach I've ever had, he is professional and got good sense of humor at the same time :p He always keeps everyone motivated and makes sure you move forward.In group sessions, every mate is so friendly and inspiring. In 1-1 sessions Bryan will give some advice accordingly to your physical situation or your own concerns. Fitline Personal Training: what do users think?

Chris Dixon: Client at Fitline for 4 years, training regularly with Jeff and most of the other trainers over the journey. Excellent 1-on-1 studio with trainers that are knowledgeable, focused and take great care of each client. More importantly there is a great atmosphere in the gym, intentional on getting good results but also good banter in rest periods. Very good space for people to build confidence. Trainers are aware of any niggles/injuries that clients are dealing with and can tailor work-outs accordingly - myotherapy clinic onsite is also helpful. They also do classes which are always popular.
