I have been participating in a mid-week ladies doubles competition and doing cardio at least once a week since I have attended the club. I have always enjoyed both classes immensely. The lady’s competition is very competitive, which has improved everyone tennis skills. The cardio tennis has made me a fitter and a stronger tennis player. The variety of drills and the intensity has improved my tennis game.

Tennis Hot Shots is a game just for kids. With smaller courts, lighter racquets and low-compression balls that don’t bounce too high, it makes learning fun and easy for children. They progress through 4 stages: Blue, Red, Orange and Green. Guided by qualified Tennis Australia coaches, kids are encouraged to develop at their own pace, moving on to the next stage when they are ready.
