JAPANEASY was born in 2008 with a very tiny room (just 6 squared metres!) and about 50 students. Since then, we have created a school of laughter, love and passion, supported by so many wonderful teachers and countless generous students.

Our aim is to be the world’s happiest school. We are always here to listen to all of your voices to help your dreams come true.

I was looking at couples of Japanese language schools at that time. In the end I chose Japaneasy because of their well-structured courses, informative and friendly staffs, native speaker teachers, and plenty of out-of-class activities. I gave it a try and am very happy with the decision.

4worldlovers: The School for F.M. Alexander Studies was set up in Melbourne by David Moore in 1998 and has been training Alexander teachers in Melbourne since then.

This website provides information about the ongoing training as well as other programs taught by David Moore and other teachers at the school in Melbourne, elsewhere in Australia and overseas.

You will also find a description of the Alexander technique and a lot of in-depth articles about the Alexander technique and about the application of the technique to yoga.

There will be a full program through the mornings to lunchtime and then the later afternoon and evenings will be free fro a siesta, wandering through the city and also private lessons.

David is also available for private lessons during his visit to most of these places.

This workshop will provides an in-depth dive into the Alexander technique.

There are four seperate segments which can be attended separately, or you can stay for the whole weekened.

David Moore offers private lessons at in Preston, mostly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

David is offering a two hour workshop as well as offering private lessons from 9am and then in the afternoon.

We offer a limited number of fully supervised student clinic appointments with our trainees who are in the final part of their training.

You will need to book in for a series of 8 appointments, normally consecutively on the same day of the week.

This is a fully practical workshop we we will explore the patterns of posture and movement which can harm or help the health or your knees.

You have the option after attending this morning workshop to attend a full weekend of Alexander work.
