Courts can be booked online using the Real Tennis Booking (RTBooking) system or through the Pro Shop. Members are provided with an RTO number and password to book online.


Our team of Professionals make the members’ time at the Club a thoroughly enjoyable experience.The Professionals will help arrange games for you with players of a suitable standard and also give lessons and coaching for members.

The Richmond Silver Racket is an open handicap championship open to the top 16 players on handicap at the close of entry. Matches are the best-of-3 sets off handicap and the likes of Chapman, Michael Williams, Woods-Casey and Rosedale have already entered. A selection of the best amateur tennis players in the country played in the Victorian Amateur Singles and Doubles Championships over the weekend. Congratulations to Kieran Booth who won his 5th Vic Am Singles title and his 4th Vic Am Doubles title while his partner Michael Williams won his 3rd Vic Am Doubles title.

Congratulations to George Black, Jack Slingo and Xavier Wilson for winning their groups in the most recent Quarterly Medal and booking their spot in the Medal of Medallists later in the year.

Another grand morning of festivities, breakfast and tennis (in order of priority) was had by all the attendees of the Empire Day Breakfast Tournament of 2023. Congratulations to Jonathan Sear who, after many long years of slaving away organising the day and preparing breakfast for weary players, managed to take home the trophy.

It was a successful day of tennis the RMTC team when the MCC Real Tennis Section team came to town ready to play. The home team won the match 10 games to 6 at the close of play.
