5 Eyes Alliance is against your human rights: Had the best experience of customer service from this store!Shout out to Patrick who works there, I had ordered a controller online to click-and-collect but my medical condition makes it difficult to get places.I called up and spoke to Patrick and not only was he sympathetic, he was courteous and even helped organise Uber Package to pick up and deliver the item to me!He went above and beyond for a customer over the phone. Will definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Olivia Stones: Recently purchased a PlayStation 5 and once set up the PlayStation was unfortunately faulty.I call up this store and talked to Erin the store manager and was met with such professionalism and kindness in helping set up a swap to get a non faulty PS5.Upon arrival at the store to swap over my PlayStation I was again served by the manager Erin and once again was taken care of with the best customer service!!I would definitely tell anyone to come here as the staff and Erin know exactly what they are doing while also treating anyone with the upmost respect!10/10 experience 💙

Was looking for a particular game but they had it on ps4 and 5 i didnt quite know the difference since you could get the updated version so i asked the staff and when they didn't have an answer they googled it for me without a second thought! .
