A great stay. Positive: This booking fulfilled all our needs. Although we mostly moved around on foot, there was quick and easy access to the free trams. The host was fantastic adjusting timeframes to meet our changing needs. The location was handy for all the places we went. The apartment was comfortable and as described. It was nice being out on the balcony although the weather made this minimal. I would recommend.

Location good but wont stay again Positive: Restaurants near accommodation were great Negative: Property, not a Penthouse, in my opinion, beds are doubles, not Queens. No room to walk around beds. The door off the balcony into the bedroom didn't lock so unsafe and when rained water would come through leaving a puddle to clean in the morning. The note that if we had anyguestst we would be evicted immediately was not expected

The value for money ratio is really good. The location is close to Sealife and the Casino and also a tram stop directly outside that you can take anywhere.

Clean comfortable and well rquiped service apartment. Value for money. Located at Melbourne CBD.

Rooms were super clean. Had washer/dryer and full kitchen. Location was very close to crown plaza and sea life, the mall was about 1 kilometre away easy walk.

The location of our spacious apartments cannot be beaten. We are smack bang in the middle of ‘what’s happening’ in Melbourne’s CBD. Crown Casino, shopping, entertainment, restaurants and the exhibition center are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Our property is across the road from Sea Life Melbourne which is perfect for families. Close by is also Crown Casino which often have various local events. Otherwise, a short 10-min walk will take you to Federation Square or to Melbourne's must-do Queen Victoria Markets. However, if walking isn't for you, there is tram stop just outside our main building on Flinders Street which is part of the Melbourne's free tram zone that will take you there.

There are many cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs within the vicinity. Our friendly receptionist will be more than happy to make recommendations and help with any directions to make your travel easier.
