Hi, I'm Alicia! I've been teaching Pilates for almost a decade, focusing on reformer, mat, private classes, and pre/post-natal. As an ex-professional dancer, I've been practicing Pilates for over 20 years, but I only realised its true value during rehabilitation from a pelvis injury in 2013. Since then, I've become a strong advocate and devoted practitioner of the Pilates Method, and haven't looked back!
