If you are thinking about attending a Body Flows retreat, stop thinking and just go for it! The retreat I attended this past July in Sonoma was the reset I didn't know I needed. Sally did a wonderful job of outlining a group-based health and mental wellness-minded weekend while guiding us to take some time to turn inward for self-reflection. Not to mention, this all happened in a gorgeous setting that perfectly facilitated the journey. Body Flows is 10/10!

Sally is a great instructor! Our team had a private yoga session with her @ the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa. Get ready for a yoga session infused with meditation and relaxation. This class is also the perfect combination of stretch and a workout. She has great energy, very Zen, and a really calming voice. Erin was amazing! She asked great questions prior to the session and adjusted to my individual goals and needs. The session itself was expertly and professionally conducted. I would highly recommend her as a practitioner!

Sally's yoga retreats are simply a treat for your soul, body and mind. Me and my friends went to one in Sonoma, and one in Colorado. Both were somewhat different but still truly amazing. I love how Sally integrates hiking into the whole experience. You also get to meet and know new people, spend time talking by the fireplace, and just be and enjoy the moment!

Waited nearly 2 years to get to a retreat and it was so worth it! Thank you Sally for the lovely Sonoma yoga escape. It was the perfect weekend for my daughter and I to spend time together. The setting was gorgeous, weather was beautiful and the food was so very delicious! The weekend offered a little of everything to fill our souls. Namaste

Erin is an angel, here to spread good energy and healing of mind, body and spirit. I had yoga sessions and Thai massages with Erin. I went to her at a friend's recommendation because I am working on making progress healing from a bike accident and surgery. She kindly and brilliantly helped me stretch and relax in the Yoga sessions. Her Thai massage was so filled with love and caring as well as a font of experience, gentle and and intelligent touch, that I floated out of her office and continued to feel really good. Can't wait to get back to Asheville to do more body work with Erin. She's the best!

2 hours of bliss. My body felt like it was receiving a big warm hug! I'm a physical therapist and former massage therapist and having received many sessions of bodywork in my life I can say with absolute confidence that this was hands down one of the best body work experiences I've ever had. Erin is really a master at her craft. She is intuitive and knowledgeable about the human body. If you've never experienced a Thai massage before you don't know what you are missing!
